* One week = 6 nights; two weeks = 13 nights; three weeks = 20 nights. Minimum stay - one week. Each additional night for bookings of one or more weeks (if booked less than a whole week) is $200 per night.

How to make a reservation:

2. After we confirm the availability, please complete and send us a reservation form. You can make your reservation online. Please click on the link below to access the online secure reservation form:

3. We will get back in touch with you with the reservation confirmation. We will e-mail or fax you a copy of the rental agreement and invoice. You will simply need to review, sign and return the agreement with your payment to us. Payments can be made by check, credit card or wire transfer.

• Check in and out time is flexible - just ask to make arrangements.
  
  
• A $1,000.00 fully refundable damage deposit is required.
  
  
• Utilities:All utilities and local phone calls are included in weekly rates. Electricity is additional if booked from one to five months. All utilities are additional if booked for six or more months.
  
  
• All taxes are included.
  
  
• Linen is also included.
  
  Final cleaning is additional. A final cleaning fee in the amount of $100.00 will be charged on all bookings.
  
  
• A $300.00 reservation deposit is required at the time of making the reservation. This deposit is part of the rent for the house. Reservation deposit is refunded in full less $100 administrative fee if you cancel your reservation 12 or more weeks before the move-in date. Reservation deposit is not refunded if we receive the cancellation less than 12 weeks before the move-in date. You can make your payment of the deposit by credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard), by check or money order, or by wire transfer to our bank account.
  
  
• A full payment of the rent and demage deposit is due no later than eight weeks before the move-in date. You can make your payment by check or money order, or by wire transfer to our bank account.
  
  
• We accept last minute bookings - subject to availability.
  
  
• If cancellation is received less than 8 weeks, but more than 4 weeks before the move-in date, all moneys paid will be refunded less the reservation deposit. If cancellation is received 30 or less weeks before the move-in date, your payment will be refunded less the last minute cancellation fee in the amount of the reservation deposit plus 25% of the rent.
  
  
• There are no refunds after the move-in date including for an early departure.
  
  
• Smoking inside the house is not permitted.
  
  
• Pets and Horses are subject to additional agreement.
  
  
• Rates are subject to change without notice. We also reserve a right to change furniture shown on our web site without prior notice.
