This 2,776 square feet luxury vacation home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a great room with wood-burning fireplace, a den/offcie, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and 2-car garage.
- The luxurious and spacious Master Bedroom located on the first floor has a king-size bed, a wet bar , a fireplace and a door leading to the backyard area and the heated pool.
- In the Master Bathroom you’ll enjoy both a sparkling jacuzzi and a shower in a spacious, cheery area. The bath area also has a walk-in dressing room for two.
- Two bedrooms on the second floor (queen beds) share a full bathroom. One more bedroom with beautiful mountain and city-lights views is used as an exercise room.
- Should you need to work, you can use a den of the first floor near the entrance as the office outfitted with a desk and high-speed cable internet access.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a formal breakfast area has lots of cabinet and counter space, microwave and traditional ovens, and, of course, a refrigerator with icemaker and dishwaher. From the kitchen you access a dining room.
- A family room with a wood-burning fireplace is equipped with a 36"-screen TV, DVD and digital cable.
- Our Moon Valley Vacation Home in Arizona offers you a resort-style living: in the beautifully landscaped backyard, you will find a private state-of-the-art heated pool and a furnished gazebo. A barbecue completes the outdoor paradise.

The vacation rental house is in twenty minutes from the Sky Harbor International Airport and Scottsdale Airport, just 4 miles south of where the new loop 101 around the city has been connected to Hwy 51. This enables you to travel all around the city very easily and gives you easy access to main arteries leading to East and West Valley, Sedona, the Grand Canyon or Las Vegas. Over 200 golf courses are located in the Greater Phoenix Area, most within 15 to 30 minutes of this centrally located home (5 minutes to Kierland Golf Club). Unlimited activities also include hiking and climbing. There are great hiking trails with scenic views at Pinnacle Peak (15 min.), Squaw Peak (10 min) and Camelback (20 min.) You can go up to Saquaro Lake or Lake Pleasant, or go tubing at the Salt River (all of which are no more than 30 to 40 minutes away).
