Location, Location, Location! Experience the Southwest in a natural desert setting! This fully furnished house features three bedrooms including Master Suite upstairs with full bath and deck, two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. Great Room with fireplace, high ceilings and lots of windows. Large screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a 2-car garage in the second building. Private well. Five-car carport and RV port.
Black Mountain is our south view. Panoramic views abound with saguaros, ocotillos, and cacti in the upper Sonoran Desert. Deer, coyotes, havalina, rabbits, cardinals, quail, owls, hawks, and other desert wildlife are regulars. Horses and pets are OK.
Cave Creek, called the gem of the "Arizona Desert Foothills", is a highly sought after upscaled community located within easy commute from Phoenix and Scottsdale in Maricopa County. The community of Cave Creek is known as one of the best suburban cities in Arizona and the Valley's last truly authentic western town.
The city sponsors many annual events including the award winning Fiesta Days and Music Festival, featuring the best in unique local and regional crafts, foods and tradition. Additionally, Cave Creek is known for its National Forest and Recreational areas. Tonto National Park and Cave Creek Recreational Park are standouts. They project community pride and outdoor opportunities for the entire family.
Cave Creek has some of the best dining in the area with more than 12 restaurants woven throughout their city. Also some of the most elegant restaurants in Arizona can be found only minutes away in Scottsdale or Phoenix. October - May: $800 per week / $2,900 per month ($2,300 a month if rented for 6 or more months).
June - September: $650 per week / $2,250 per month
